Walnuts Liqueur
€ 16.00One of the most famous and long-lived European liqueurs, the walnuts one loses its origins in the legend. Traditionally, its preparation included the walnut harvest during the “night of San Juan” (24th June), executed by the most skilled women who took part at the undertaking barefoot and without affecting the fruit rind. After leaving the walnuts enriching in the night dew, the husk was being infused. Brown in color and full-flavored, which fully calibrates the sweetness of sugar and the sour sapidity of infusion, this liqueur embodies the quality and the background of an age-old tradition. You can find this 40° alcoholic digestive in the 50cl size.
